Westeros Collection - Looseleaf Tea Pack
The Westeros Collection Pack is a set of 3 handcrafted loose leaf teas inspired by the HBO series Game of Thrones. Delve into the story with our completely handmade blends of rosehip hibiscus, named Herb of the Hound, black tea with ginger and peach (Milk of the Poppy) and Castle Black Brew, a chai combination of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and maple!
Herb of the Hound:
Stained with the blood of his victims, the Hound brews this hibiscus rosehip tea for cold nights in Westeros. While travelling with the Brotherhood, Sandor Clegane often collected rosehip flower, hibiscus and cranberries to brew this fine blend. This tea mixture offers a tangy, blood-red, sweet beverage, perfect for enjoying on summer evenings.
Product #1 of the Westeros Collection.
Ingredients: Hibiscus, rosehip flower looseleaf tea, berry flavouring, dehydrated cranberry. (Strength = 4/5)
Milk of the Poppy:
Used for overcoming great pain, this looseleaf variant of the famous anesthetic is made of ground poppy flower and Kingswood river water. This popular and addictive painkiller was originally concocted and brewed by Maesters of the Citadel, but is now found on the streets of King’s Landing. The crushed poppy flower has since been blended with black tea, Dornish peaches and Sunspearian ginger.
Product #2 of the Westeros Collection.
Ingredients: Black tea leaves, ginger, natural and unnatural peach flavouring, flower.
Castle Black Brew:
For the dark and cold shifts on the wall, men of the Night's Watch would brew this chai blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and maple to keep their senses sharp and their bellies warm. Originally outlawed for containing Milk of the Poppy, this blend is now a favourite among watchers of the wall, especially considering the combination of spices from all seven kingdoms. Fear not the Northern nights, for Castle Black Brew warms those lost in the cold.
