This famous and valuable mead is made with only the finest of honey found in Skyrim. A favourite among Jarl’s, Black-Briar mead is known to increase stamina and strength. The Black-Briar family has been producing this recipe for centuries, and has outsourced loose-leaf production to Wolfdor, now fermenting white tea with rosehips, strawberry, apple and vanilla to make the perfect “sweet wine”.
 
Ingredients: White tea, hibiscus, apple, strawberry, vanilla, rosehips (Strength = 3/5: savoury, sweet)
 
1 Bag = 50 grams/roughly 17-18 tbsp looseleaf (0.75 - 1 tbsp per 1 cup of 8/oz tea) Instructions: Bring water to a boil, pour and let looseleaf tea steep for around 5 minutes.
